I met Hamid about five years ago. He came on to the job site. He designed the beam with me that didn't fall! This was the beginning of our cooperation operation since than we have done 6 other projects together that worked out. Well passed every code. Never had an issue with an inspector. Everything's always worked out fine. Hamid is very polite and kind.

The project was a five-story building and what he's priced out for me is on the plants is grading interior railing interior handrail and elevator beams service. I got a Hamid through a friend of mine and he referred me to him. He did a very good job and it was inspected and it was perfect to the specifications. We came in because the last job that somebody did, the wind blew it down. It was a privacy with steel frame and wood in whatever, and then Hamid came, he came outside told us exactly how to do it how to reinforce it and we built it up and it's still standing. Hamid is very detailed and very thorough, and what he make sure is that you understand exactly what he's trying to tell you and show you; so not only that he tells you but he visually shows you on the screen. The most important part is that when I leave I feel really good about what he tells me and shows me but when I have a question because I forget or I'm not sure about or somebody ask me another question of different way, every time I call Hamid he's there to answer immediately and gives me the respond immediately which my clients like me to respond immediately to them and it helps me a lot, because if I got to wait a day or two customers don't like that. What I really like about Hamid is that when he explains it from A to Z and if I do not get it, he's very patient to tell me again.

First, I'd like to mention that before I even start my independent work. I used to work for a firm and Hamid was the engineer over there. So, after I decide to work by myself, I keep the connection. I do the architecture. He has very experienced with the structure. So, once I do any project needs structure surface Hamid was there. He can manage his time and get the things done very quickly and with a good effort and make everyone satisfied. So, I had this project at Degrassi Street downtown Toronto, I got that project, we did so many site visits, measurements and we start. One of the things that the client needs to have a very huge door must have this concept of when you're inside you want to feel interact with the outside so talk to me. Hamid mentioned if we are going with this idea, we will need this type of structure, steel and columns and we follow the idea and at the end of client was happy. It doesn't really take too long time. But if somebody else wanted to do so; I'm sure they would finish it for way longer. Hamid is very great in managing his time and he want to get the things done. He's a great person to deal with, we never had an issue dealing with each other. Also, I want to mention Hamid is very professional in using the tools and techniques. Hamid is very experienced in using software Revit and he managed what is needed to use different drawing file format and make it hassle free.
Home Addition:
Hamid was referred to me by my architect. From the very beginning, Hamid understood the project and was very helpful. We set up a time to meet and walk the site together. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Once my architect sent him the drawings, Hamid had them completed within 3 or 4 days, and they included everything we discussed on site. Hamid made the process seamless and straight forward. He worked with me providing suggestions in order for the design to meet my expectations. The part that I liked best was how he worked with me directly and was hands-on all the time. Hamid was available by phone or email and got back to me the same day- to me that is very important.
Another thing Hamid did that made the project great- as I’m the homeowner and contractor he designed the engineering so I could build it, specifically the moment framing for the addition. I have large window openings (13’ x 9’) and he designed custom brackets which allowed me to build the framing myself instead of having to use metal beams and column which would have been very expensive.

What was the best experience that you had with Hamid and your business with his corporation that it was kind of beyond your expectations?
David:
I wasn't expecting him to be so responsive. He was great- got back to me the within the same day, if not the next day. When I sent marked up drawings regarding issues, he got back to me and if he wasn't able to, he would tell me when he was available and we would book a time to call each other. This was very helpful and allow the project to continue in the right direction, preventing any delays.
I give Hamid’s service a 10 out of 10 and I would be happy to refer him to anyone who is looking for engineering or any advice in general. Hamid is very patient and is great to have on your design/construction team.

Fortunately, I wanted to make an attachment to my house in Markham and I needed a city work permit for that, the city requires more information than other cities in GTA.
Hamid helps me with the drawings and try to ketch it up and then make a submission. The city said you have to do your tree permit. So the whole thing down the road is over a year. I did it last year, but because they want me to do the tree permits I go to employ somebody else and then like this year to come upon finalizing the building permits.
He's very helpful and very patient, whenever we had a problem, we made some solutions through discussions.
And whatever the city wants to try he tried very much to help me to make the plant go through.

Was there any service from Hamid which was beyond your expectation?

Hamid was very helpful in explaining me, the requirements of this City and give solutions.
My designer did some changes on the roofing suppliers and he voluntarily changed all these details for me.
